Important Information About Our Rehearsal Calendars
THESE CALENDARS LIST ALL OF YOUR DANCER'S COMMITMENTS FOR THIS PRODUCTION
Our Amira Rehearsal Calendars include all required costume fittings, rehearsals, and performance commitments.
THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO VIEW EACH CALENDAR
All of our rehearsal calendars are available in three formats: PDF, web calendar, and iCal. PDF calendars may be downloaded and printed. The web calendars will allow you to view the calendar for each role in your web browser, and features both traditional calendar view and agenda format. The iCal files are links that allow you to subscribe to a particular rehearsal calendar using your favorite device.
We recommend subscribing to your dancer's rehearsal calendar via iCal so that you are automatically notified of any updates to your dancer's schedule. When subscribing to a calendar using an iCal file, it is extremely important that you not click on the link or copy and paste it into your browser. Doing so will automatically download a static file rather than a subscription that receives live updates. In order to subscribe using iCal, copy the link to your desired rehearsal calendar and paste it into the appropriate location as directed in these device-specific instructions.*

All schedules are subject to change, and calendars will be updated as necessary. Any changes made will be communicated via email, but cast members and their families will be responsible for maintaining a familiarity with the most current versions of the rehearsal calendars.
