12pm Student Matinee Canceled:*
- Company dancers: All Company dancers will still be released at 1pm.
- Non-Company Cast A dancers: These dancers will now be released at 12pm. These roles include Medium & Little Alice, Little White Rabbit, Dormouse (Cast A), Queen of Hearts (Cast A), Hedgehogs, Forest Dancers, Forest Creatures, Mushrooms, Knaves, and Corps Cards.
- Non-Company Cast B: These dancers do not need to attend the Student Matinees tomorrow. This applies only to Little Alice (Cast B) and the Dormouse (Cast B).

Alice in Wonderland Rehearsal & Fitting Schedules
How to View:
1) In Your ClassBug Account: View your dancer(s)' rehearsal and fitting schedules by logging in to your own ClassBug account. Under “Future Classes Attending” on the right hand side of the screen (if you are using a computer), you will find your dancer(s)' schedule details. This is the best way.
2) ClassBug Calendar View: You can also see the full cast schedule by clicking on ClassBug's "Calendar" view. Click on the green filter icon, then, from among the filter options, check the blue “categories” box. Under categories, uncheck/deselect all category types except “Alice 2024” to see all Alice rehearsals and fittings. Under “filters” you may select “instructors.” and you will also see Alice roles in that area, Then you can select just your dancer’s role(s) to view their schedule.
3) Rehearsal Schedule Embed View: The embedded ClassBug schedule (bottom of page) is a great quick reference. Shows current week and up to 4 weeks out.
4) Subscribe to ClassBug ICal Feed (for the tech saavy!): To sync your dancer's rehearsal schedule to your phone or computer calendar, please right click to COPY the url link of the role(s) listed below and subscribe to the feed by PASTING the url link into your Google, Outlook, or Mac Calendar using the device-appropriate instructions outlined HERE. Do not download the iCal file from the link; this will give you a static file/schedule. Rather, to ensure you do not miss updates to the rehearsal calendar you are attempting to follow, you need to copy the url link and follow the instructions to subscribe.
