Adult / Teen Classes

 

Adult Basic Ballet I/II
Adult Basic Ballet II/III

Class Length: 1.5 hours

Ballet I/II is geared for adults who want to learn for the first time or just want a dance-oriented exercise program. Ballet II/III is perfect for adults who have had the basics in years past but want to review technique. Leotard, tights and ballet shoes.

 

Adult Modern
Class Length: 1 hour

An introduction to modern dance. Structured exercises based on Horton and Graham technique condition the body for strength, coordination and flexibility. Black leotard, footless tights, bare feet.

Hatha Yoga
Class Length:  1 hour

This slow-paced, gentle basic class explores a wide range of poses for increased vitality, strength, and balance. Students will enjoy a calming, centering, nurturing class.  Bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat and water.

Kundalini Yoga
Class Length: 90 minutes

Includes physical asanas (postures and movements), pranayam (focused breathing), relaxation and meditation. The practice of yoga increases breathing capacity, aids in stress relief and increases focus and awareness. Bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat and water.
