• Congratulations to the HPSD Tyego Next Generation Company Members Catherine Eng, Erica Frank, Katherine Harris, Kendra Jenkins and Kennedy Thomas who were selected to perform in "Memoria" with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at the Auditorium Theater!

• HPSD's summer program includes ballet and modern classes for students of all ages, plus a series of incredible performance workshops and master classes. The Summer 2012 program is split into two four-week sessions: Summer Session I will take place from June 4 – June 30. Summer Session II will take place from July 9 – August 4. Register today!

• HPSD Spotlight Feature: Memphis Ballet Dancer Elizabeth Mensah

Hyde Park School of Dance (HPSD), welcomes students of all ages whether they are interested in dance as a career or for exercise and recreation. Instruction ranges from Creative Movement classes for three-year olds to Pre-Professional Ballet, Modern, and Jazz. HPSD is known for its repertoire of original choreography for performance by young dancers. The school’s Youth Company - Tyego Next Generation - trains with Tyego Dance Project, the professional company in residence at HPSD.
